What we shipped,
and when.

Every release, in the order it happened. Security changes and anything affecting your data are published here before they take effect — not discovered later in a policy update.

2.4.1 24 July 2026 Latest

Statement age, made obvious

The freshness guard has been quietly holding back firm reminders when your statement got old. It now says so on the dashboard instead of leaving you to work it out.

  • New

Statement age indicator on the dashboard, with the number of reminders currently held and a one-click upload to release them.

  • Improved

The decision queue now groups transactions by client, so five payments from one managing agent are confirmed together rather than one at a time.

  • Fixed

Invoices imported from a photo occasionally lost the due date when the image was rotated. They no longer do.

  • Fixed

Export produced an empty ZIP for accounts with more than 400 invoices.

2.4.0 9 July 2026

Promise to pay

“Friday” is a valid answer, and until now DueBell had nowhere to put it. You can log a promised date and the sequence goes quiet until then.

  • New

Promise to pay — log a date on any invoice. Reminders pause and resume gently if the date passes without payment.

  • New

Per-client sending mode, so one account can sit on Approve-first while everything else runs on Autopilot.

  • Improved

Reminder wording now mentions a partial payment when one has arrived, instead of quoting the full amount.

  • Security

Support access is now time-boxed to the ticket that opened it and expires automatically when the ticket closes.

2.3.3 26 June 2026

SMS in Ireland, and quieter Sundays

Alphanumeric sender IDs are now registered for Irish numbers, and quiet hours follow the recipient’s country rather than yours.

  • New

SMS delivery to Irish numbers with a registered sender ID showing your business name.

  • Fixed

Quiet hours used the account’s timezone instead of the client’s, which occasionally sent a reminder at seven in the morning somewhere else.

  • Fixed

The 48-hour minimum gap did not apply across manual and scheduled sends. It does now.

2.3.2 12 June 2026

Matching, roughly four times faster

Statements with several hundred lines used to take a noticeable moment. They no longer do.

  • Improved

Payment matching rewritten — a 900-line statement now processes in under two seconds.

  • Improved

Client name matching tolerates trading names and “Ltd” variations without asking you to confirm.

  • Fixed

OFX files exported from two UK banks failed on an unusual date format.
